  • We take professional photographs of your property so that perspective tenants see your property at its best

 

Tenant Selection

  • We find a tenant that is right for your property; ensuring they are responsible and can be relied on to pay the rent on time and respect the home.

 

Inspections

  • The first inspection is carried out at 3 months and then routine inspections are conducted every 3 or 6 months
  • We not only do condition reports on your property but we also take photos during each and every routine inspection of any maintenance or repair issues

 

Trades & Maintenance

 

  • We use a team of reliable, trustworthy tradespeople who have proven to complete the work satisfactorily and at reasonable prices
  • All trades have been reference checked and licence checked (when applicable)
  • Select Trades are available 24/7 for emergency repairs

 

Tenant Rental Payments

  • Tenants are provided with two options to pay their rent (Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer)
  • We have a detailed procedure for rental arrears in the event of a tenant falling behind on their rent. This procedure is implemented to ensure they quickly rectify the arrears
  • We provide a payment calendar to ensure tenants know when rent is due and encourage payment on time

 

Landlord Payments

  • We are able to pay into your nominated bank account
  • We pay into your nominated bank account monthly
  • Mid-month payments are available (per signed Letting Agreement)

 

Payment of Accounts

  • We can make arrangements to handle any account that is related to your property. This can include rates, insurance or maintenance costs

 

Reporting

  • We send out a statement/report to you every month
  • We provide a condition report for every inspection
